"I’ve had the worst experience with this agency. They first didn’t have the correct information on adding a new policy and delayed getting coverage for over a month. Secondly, I received a Suspension notice for cancellation of my coverage. After spending 4 hours at the DMV, they told me that Statefarm cancelled my insurance for no reason and reinstated the next day. Besides the incompetence of the office, they never apologized or offered any explanation or assistance. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this office. Their callous attitude is unfortunate."

"Worst service I had used .I was earlier using Gary Hughes and moved back after few years.For the past 3 years I have been using them and recent days the service was the worst .Just for any questions or calls, Wendy who answers it was the rudest person I have ever seen.Not a single simple question was answered .Horrible service stay away from this agency."

"Have been with Gary and prior ownership for over 20 years. From the time Gary took over, service declined. I switched to a new agent because every time I called for advise or discuss policy increases it was always doom and gloom. Never gave advice on changes and we just told those are company increases. Found out that changes that would have reduced our policies were never done and never told we had “forgiven” due to years with State Farm. Bottom line, switched agents and reviewing our auto and homeowners policy resulted in yearly saving with increased protection."
